Watson Uzochukwu has defeated 93 other contestants to win this year’s edition of Mr Nigeria International Top Model 2017, which held at Ruby Gardens, Lekki, Lagos.
The road to victory according to the newly crowned Mr. Nigeria International Top Model was tough. Speaking, he said: “I had no backing and contesting was a last-minute decision not knowing what the outcome will be. It was sheer determination alongside support from those who rallied around me and God’s grace that saw me through.”
With his victory, Uzochukwu automatically qualifies to represent Nigeria at the Mr Universe 2018. Uzochukwu was born in Enugu and grew up in Lagos. He is a professional model as well as an entrepreneur. Among other outfits he has modelled for Morafa. Mr and Miss Nigeria International was organised by Brendance and Crusaders.
