THE Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Alliance for Green Alternatives, California has disclosed that it will be participating in a-3 day Agricultural trade and investment expo and trade show.
National President of NACC, Chief Olabintan Famutimi said the Expo, which is the world largest annual outdoor agricultural exposition with 2.6 million square feet of exhibition space, 1,480 exhibitors, 105,780 attendees, 43 States and 71 countries will hold from 13 February to 15 February 2018.
“The three-day period will witness the presence of exhibitors, expert speakers, expo attendees and key industry players across the agricultural value chain involved with seminars, exhibitions, agricultural tours, special events and networking, other side attractions includes Taste of California, Toyota Giveaway, Wine and Cheese Pavilion among others.
This is a time when participants leverage on the Chamber’s partnership to increase their sales, meet buyers and distributors, gain insight from industry experts and promote their business across border further generating millions of naira in new business for their company’s,” he said.
According to him, NACC had been organising trade missions to the United States, adding that, the last was this year to Miami Florida, USA, where it had success stories in new deals and investments.
Next year, he disclosed, the Chamber looks forward to Agriculture as more discourse has opened on the potentials agriculture offers to the Nigerian economy. Nigeria is richly blessed in agricultural resources and it’s time to link businesses here to global enterprises.
“The Chamber remains committed in promoting the development of trade, commerce, investment and industrial technological relationships between the public and private sectors of Nigeria and the United States further driving socio-economic growth and development for all,” he stated
