Soludo speaks on official launch of Anambra Talent Hunt Database, clarifies its importance to his in-coming administration
Anambra State Governor-elect Prof Chukwuma Soludo has officially spoken on the launch of Anambra Talent Hunt Database.
In a recorded –one-minute -fifty-five seconds -video, Soludo spoke extempore and clarified the need for the Anambra Talent Hunt database for the in-coming government.

“Today is the 14th day of February 2022 and coincidentally the day we celebrate the lovers’ day
Let me say I love you all and God bless you. But we got to get to work.
Today, I fulfill one of my major campaign promises in my manifesto. Namely: that we will today officially announce the launch of Anambra Talent Hunt Data Bank
It is going to be a platform that will offer Ndi Anambra and indeed anyone who has something important to offer Ndi Anambra in the road to building the liveable and prosperous homeland to be able to do so
If we limit the team selection for the next government, and for those who will be offering us advice and so on…to only those that I know or those who know me, then that is not up to 5 to 10 percent of people who potentially could offer Ndi Anambra great value.
And in this journey everybody is important. We need everybody who has passion, capability competence and integrity.
Let me also say that the data bank that we are putting together will be useful now and in the future.
We are approaching March 17th, and we want to be ready with a team that can go to work on the first day!
