Following his emergence as the new national Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and head of its National Working Committee (NWC) last month, Senator Adamu Abdullahi has commenced reorganization of the party with the suspension of directors functioning at the headquarters.
Adamu has suspended the appointments of all the Directors at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja, in a move seen as the replacement of the directors with his candidates.

The directors were appointed by the immediate past Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), led by Alhaji Mai Mala Buni.
