Soludo felicitates with Justice Nwosu-Iheme and family, attends daughter’s wedding
Governor Chukwuma Soludo was one of the special guests at the solemnization of the holy matrimony between Miss Adaeze Nwosu-Iheme and Mr. Ikenna Azubuike Uju.
The bride, Miss Adaeze Nwosu-Iheme, who is a trained medical doctor, is the daughter of Chief Uzoma (Lord Mayor of Nkwerre ancient Kingdom) and Justice Chioma Nwosu-Iheme .
On the other hand, the groom, Mr. Ikenna Azubuike Uju who is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ebenezer Uju , hails from Nkwerre town in Imo State.
The wedding took place at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, Maitama, Abuja, with Senator Ken Nnamani, former Senate President as Chairman of the occasion
The official solemnization of the wedding was conducted by Most Reverend Dr. Henry Ndukuba, Primate of All Nigeria and Bishop of Abuja and also offered prayers for the couple.
His Grace, Most Reverend David Onuoha, Archbishop of Owerri Ecclesiastical Province and Bishop of Okigwe South, in his sermon, advised the couple to embrace love and allow Jesus to reign in their matrimonial home.
Archbishop Onuoha remarked that marriage was ordained by God for companionship, sustainability and to replenish the earth.
He further admonished the couple that marriage is a life long affair that cannot be dissolved on the basis of childlessness or poverty except by death.
On his part, Governor Soludo congratulated the newly wedded couple and wished them well in their marriage life.
The occasion was witnessed by members of the Legislature and judiciary arms of government, captains of industry among others.
