CEELUX Group appoints Anosike Head, Media and Communications
A multi- national infrastructure development company, CEELUX Group has appointed a veteran Nigerian journalist and bestselling author, Peter Anosike as its head of Media and Communications.
CEELUX Group is a private company limited by shares established with operational base in the United States of America. The company is knowledge and technology driven with a global outlook.
Aside the role of head of Media and Communications, Anosike is also to serve as the Senior Adviser on Media to the Chief Executive officer of CEELUX Group, Olive Udeh.
Before his recent appointment, Anosike was the Executive Director, V.O.P 90,3 Fm, Lagos.He was also a founding member of the Sun newspapers, where he worked for more than a decade.
As an author, he wrote among other very popular books, the world bestseller, Dangote’s Ten Commandments on Money, the book that was rated as one of the best development books in the world by Wall Street Journal and Forbes, both in the United States and in Nigeria, the book was adopted as a work book for grooming entrepreneurs by Small/Medium Enterprises Development Agency (SMEDAN),a federal government agency in charge of small and medium businesses.
Speaking while making the announcement, the Chief Eexcutive Officer of CEELUX Group, Olive Udeh said that Anosike would use his decades of journalism practice to project the activities of the engineering firm.
According to him, CEELUX Group is positioning itself for bigger responsibilities and as such needs to strengthen its team.
He said that going by the records, Anosike has demonstrated capacity and competence to deliver on the tasks expected of him.
In his response, Anosike described the appointment as an honour and a dream come true.
According to him, from a distance he has watched the wonderful works that CEELUX Group was doing in the field of construction and had wished to be part of it.
He said that a lot of construction companies in Nigeria lack the equipment and technical knowledge to do quality jobs, adding that is the reason why bridges and building collapses have become like a recurring decimal in Nigeria.
According to him, as someone who always like to be different, CEELUX Group is a star-studded engineering firm and with latest technologies and equipment to change the face of construction industry in Nigeria as it is already doing in the United States, Canada and the other parts of the world where quality is always the watch word.
