Member representing Ezza-South/Ikwo Federal Constituency, Hon Chinedu Ogah, has revealed that he had secured more than 400 jobs to his constituents at different Federal Parastatals.

Ogah further added that he has sponsored 13 bills within the two years he was sworn-in into the green chambers.
He stated this while interacting with Journalists in Abakaliki, on Sunday.
He said he moved 8 motions and 7 petitions within the period under review.
The lawmaker attributed his achievements to God’s favour, even as he lauded the Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila, and his colleagues for their support.
According to him, if you come to infrastructures, we have done so many bridges, a Civic Centre is on-going now at Ikwo and Ezza South Local Government Areas of Ebonyi State.
Ogah said: “I was sworn in 19th November, 2019 and 19th November, 2021, made me 2 years in the office as a member of House of Representatives.
“By God’s Grace, we should be talking about 400 – 500 persons we have given jobs at federal parastatals, we have 13 Bills we have sponsored, about 8 Motions, and about 7 Petitions.
“The little we have achieved is through God’s favour, help and the support of my colleagues. If not for the privilege Mr. Speaker and my colleagues gave me, I wouldn’t have achieved the little I have achieved, including friends outside National Assembly, such as Ministers, Permanent Secretary, Directors- General and Executive Secretaries and others, our relationship with them helped us to achieve what we have achieved today.
“I appreciate my constituents for their solidarity and support to Governor Dave Umahi who joined us in APC as he marks his one year in our great party. It is triple celebration for Ebonyians.
Ogah assured his constituents of his commitment to delivering more dividend of democracy to them.
He said his greatest challenge was that those he empowered could not empower their immediate families.
“We are not asking you to do anything for us but help to alleviate poverty from your immediate households and families. Someone we have been able to secure a federal job for, who receives #100,000 monthly cannot pay WAEC fee of N20,000 for his younger ones. Is that not betrayal? So, that’s our major problem,” Ogah added.
