Falconets face hosts, Ghana in WAFU B Women’s Cup final, Saturday
Nigeria’s junior female national team, the Falconets will, Saturday evening, June 3, face the host country, Ghana in the final of the West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone B Women ‘s Cup hosted by the latter.

The Falconets’ form has seen them beat all the Group B opponents en route the final.
The Nigerian girls had defeated Benin Republic 3-0 in the semi finals of the competition, last Wednesday, to reach the final with goals from Amina Bello (one) and a brace by Esther Onyenezide.
The Falconets reached the finals of the women’s tournament without conceding a goal, as against the Ghanaian team’s ‘goalkeeper who has already shipped in two goals in the course of the championship.
