FIFA U20 World Cup: Flying Eagles draw South Korea in Sunday’s Q-Finals fixture
FIFA has drawn Nigeria’s Flying Eagles against South Korea ahead of Sunday’s quarter finals match in Argentina.
Fresh from dispatching host country, Argentina by 2-0 in the Last 16 match in Buenos Aires, last Wednesday night, the Flying Eagles are expected to take on the Asian champions in a match to be played at the Estadio Único Madre de Ciudades, Santiago del Estero, 6:30pm Nigerian time.
South Korea defeated Ecuador 3-2 on Thursday night to reach the quarter finals.
It will be the third meeting between both countries at this level.
The South Koreans defeated Nigeria 2-1 in their first meeting in Netherlands 2005.
The Flying Eagles won 1-0 at the 2013 edition in Turkey.
