Governor Soludo inaugurates Board for the Anambra State Waste Management Authority
…Charges them on quality service delivery.
In line with his administration policy of ensuring cleaner air, clean and greener environment, Governor Chukwuma Soludo on Thursday, inaugurated the board members for the Anambra State Waste Management Authority.
The Governor while inaugurating the members of the board, noted that their inauguration is a call to deliver quality service to ndi-Anambra, with a responsibility of overseeing the management and administration of the Anambra State Waste Management Authority.
Governor Soludo while tasking Board members of the Waste Management Authority to ensure Anambra is the cleanest in the country, noted they must work in collaboration with all relevant agencies involved in Waste Management in the State including administration of the 21 local governments in driving waste management service delivery in the state with focus on maintaining a clean and greener environment.
The event which took place at the Anambra State Executive Chamber also has the presence of the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr Ernest Ezeajughi, and other members of the board:
