Qoray Mobiity and the Isimi Wellness & Polo Country Estate have announced a deal aimed at driving sustainable mobility in the country’s premier eco-conscious community located in Lagos.
The partnership, formalized at a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony, Friday, November 15, will position Isimi Lagos as a leading destination for luxury and sustainability.
Qoray Mobility is a Sterling Bank-backed electric mobility initiative, dedicated to accelerating the adoption of cleaner, safer, and more sustainable transportation solutions, while
Isimi Lagos is Nigeria’s first eco-conscious, wellness-oriented, and luxury lifestyle
community, located on the serene outskirts of Lagos.
Developed by LandWey, the Isimi Lagos Wellness & Polo Country Estate redefines sustainable luxury living with a commitment to preserving nature and promoting a holistic lifestyle.
It is also expected that Isimi Lagos and Qoray Mobility will act as primary sustainability partner, introducing electric transport solutions, comprehensive electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, and other sustainability initiatives to enhance the Lagos residents’ quality of life while minimizing environmental impact.
In the same vein, Qoray Mobiity will also serve as the official mobility sponsor for the upcoming Isimi Lagos Festival on November 30, this year, providing comfortable, zero emission electric vehicle rides across the estate.
The landmark agreement further marks the beginning of a long-term vision for sustainabe mobility at Isimi Lagos, prioritizing green, welness-focused lifestyles, with initial rollout set to include EV charging stations, delivering accessible and convenient electric charging points within the estate.

Commenting on the agreement, Founder of Isimi Lagos, Olawale Ayilara, disclosed that his company’s choice of Qoray is informed by the need to guarantee the future of mobility in the state.
“We’ve been researching for the right partner to facilitate the future of mobility in Isimi Lagos, and collaborating with Qoray ensures that future is premium,” he said.
On his part, the Managing Director of Qoray Mobilities and Energies Limited, Olabanjo Alimi, assured that his company will introduce innovation geared towards raising Isimi Lagos’s standards and outcomes.
“We’re bringing sustainable mobility, renewable energy, sustainable tourism, waste to-energy, and sustainability consulting to elevate Isimi Lagos’s standards and outcomes,” Alimi said.
It is expected that Qoray Mobility will bring its affiliate brands, Torrista and Imperium, to drive Isimi Lagos’ comprehensive sustainability agenda, which include; renewabe energy
installations, an EV shuttle service, and the launch of an EV Experience Centre.
This is also as Imperium will facilitate solar power installations for community centers and
streetlights, Torrista will promote Isimi as an eco-tourism destination.
The partnership will integrate a waste-to-wealth model in partnership with Wastebanc and educate residents on sustainable practices through a co-branded app that provides real-time tracking, maintenance scheduling, and rewards for eco-friendly practices.
