Ndume: I’ll never criticise Tinubu
The Senator representing Borno South Senatorial District, Sen Ali Ndume, has said that he does not criticise President Bola Tinubu but only disagrees with him on some of the policies of his administration.
Appearing on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Tuesday, Ndume said: “I am not criticising the President but his policies. I am not a critic of this government; it is our government.
“I don’t criticise my elders. I am the son of a soldier, and in the barracks, we respect our elders. Tinubu is my elder, and I respect him, but I disagree with him on some areas, hoping to agree.”
Ndume has been vocal about the economic situation under Tinubu.
The lawmaker had accused those around Tinubu of shielding him from the truth about the suffering of Nigerians.
