New MD, Kabir Yusuf formally takes over from Yadudu at FAAN
Newly-appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Mr. Kabir Yusuf has formally assumed office at the agency.
According to the acting General Manager, Corporate Affairs, Mrs. Faithful Hope-Ivbaze, the official handover followed his appointment by the Federal Government at the expiration of tenure of the immediate past MD/CE, Capt, Rabiu Hamisu Yadudu on May 19, 2023.
During the brief handover ceremony held at the authority’s headquarters in Abuja on, Tuesday, May 23, the new MD/CE commended Yadudu for his immense innovative contributions and leadership to the aviation industry in Nigeria and beyond.
The MD/CE, until the new appointment was the Regional General Manager, North Central Airports, as well as the Chairman, Aviation Roadmap Implementation Committee.
