…as J. Martins, Okoroafor make list of Otti’s new 30 aides

Hours after being named the Supervisor of Enyimba International Football Club, Aba, football legend, Kanu Nwankwo, has now been appointed the new Chairman of the Aba Elephants side.
Kanu was on Wednesday, July 11, 2023, appointed alongside 29 other aides by Governor Alex Otti of Abia State, who also listed the former handler of Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets, John Obuh, as the new Chairman of Abia Warriors, while talented musician, Justice Okechukwu Martins (popularly known as J. Martins) was assigned the tourism and entertainment industry portfolio in the state; even as Ugochukwu Okoroafor, a former Director of the Central Bank of Nigeria, also made the list.
The appointment of fresh 30 aides by the Governor was contained in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Kazie Uko.
“The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has appointed the following persons into the under listed positions, with effect from the date of this publication,” Uko stated.
