Nwifuru donated operational vehicles to security agencies

Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru of Ebonyi State has donated three brand new Nissan Hiluxes to Security Agencies in the State.
Governor Nwifuru made the donation in his Office, Ochoudo Centenary City, Abakaliki on Wednesday.
Handing over the vehicles to the benefitting Security Agencies, the Governor who was represented by his Senior Special Assistant, Office of the Governor, Chief Uchenna Nwankpuma enjoined the Heads of the benefitting Security Agencies to ensure use of the Hiluxes only in combating crime and related matters.
Responding on-behalf of the benefitting Security Agencies, the State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Mr. Elijah Willie, thanked the Governor for the gesture and assured that the State’s security architecture would receive a boost courtesy of the gesture.
The benefitting Security Agencies include the Nigeria Immigration Service, the Nigeria Correctional Service and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
