PDP to inaugurate Anambra National Campaign Council at NEC meeting, Sept 9
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has fixed Thursday, September 9 to hold its 93rd National Executive Committee (NEC) Meeting in Abuja.
The meeting, according to a notice signed by the National Secretary, Sen. Umaru Ibrahim Tsauri, CON will also serve as platform for the official inauguration of the Anambra National Campaign Council during its open session.
It is, however, not clear who will chair the meeting between the embattled and suspended national chairman Prince Uche Secondus or the new acting National Chairman appointed by the party’s leaders, Elder Yemi Akinwonmi.
The last NEC meeting penultimate week, was chaired by Akinwonmi.
“All members are kindly advised to note that the Anambra National Campaign Council will be inaugurated during the open session of the Meeting.
“All members are enjoined to attend please,” the notice read.
