Rhema varsity holds maiden Inaugural Lecture
Fifteen years old Rhema University of Nigeria, a private institution in Aba, Abia’s commercial hub, will on Wednesday, May 8 2024, hold her maiden Inaugural Lecture.
A Professor of Management, Prof. John Nkeobuna Nnah Ugoani, has been tasked to dish out Rhema’s first intellectual harvest on the topic: “The Gospel of Sustainable Management and National Sustainability: A Journey Towards Effective Resource Management.”
Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Ogbonnaya Onwudike, who will double as the Chairman of the event, said the event would hold at the University Auditorium, at its 153 Aba-Owerri Road, Aba Campus.

The likely cynosure of all eyes on the inaugual lecture day, Prof. Ugoani, is also the Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies of Rhema University which he joined the institution in 2001, post-doctoral.
A retired First Bank Manager, Prof. Ugoani has held several position in Rhema University, Aba, including Coordinator, College of Management and Social Sciences, Head of Department of Management Sciences and Coordinator, Centre for Continuing Education.
He also acts as the Overseeing Vice Chancellor, when the need arises.
