Sen Ibezim welcomes President Buhari to Imo

The Senator, representing Imo North in the National Assembly, Sir Frank Ibezim, has expressed delight with President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to Imo State.
The president is billed to pay a working visit to the Eastern Heartland today during which he will inaugurate some of the projects that Gov. Hope Uzodimma initiated since he came to power.
Distinguished Senator Ibezim in a statement welcomed President Buhari and wished him a very warm stay in the state.
He urged Imo people to come out in their numbers to receive the August visitor in their usual hospitable nature.
Ibezim also felicitated with the state governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma, as he gets set to receive the president.
Some of the projects initiated by Uzodinma, which the president will inaugurate during his busy visit include Naze-Nekede-Ihiagwa-Obinze Link Road Phase One and an underground tunnel on D-Tiger Road Owerri, Egbeada Bye-Pass and the new State Executive Council Chambers at the Government House, among others. The Senator lauded Uzodinma and his Shared Prosperity Government for the bold steps being taken to recover and rebuild the state for the good of Imo people
