Supreme Court fixes Tuesday to rule on Oyetola, Adeleke Osun governorship dispute

Supreme Court has fixed Tuesday, May 9 to deliver judgment in the appeal filed by Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola against the election of Senator Ademola Adeleke as governor of Osun State.
Alhaji Oyetola is seeking the reversal of the March 25 judgment of the Court of Appeal in Abuja which upturned the earlier decision of the Osun State Election Petition Tribunal that nullified the Adeleke’s victory in the last governorship poll.

A five-member panel of the Supreme Court announced the date after taking arguments from lawyers to parties on Monday.
