Two Abia state commissioners have resigned their appointments , says a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Ukoha Njoku Ukoha, who said that no reasons were given for their exit.
The two Commissioners are Mr. Chima Oriaku – Commissioner for Science and Technology, and Prof. Monica Ironkwe – Commissioner for Agriculture.

They tendered their resignation letters to the state governor Dr. Alex Otti who thanked them for their service and sacrifice to the state and wish them well in their future endeavours.
