
United Nigeria adds Airbus A320 to fleet

Rising indigenous airline, United Nigeria Airlines (UNA), has announced introduction of the high capacity A320 aircraft, into its domestic flight operations.

Head of Corporate Communications, Mr Achilleus-Chud Uchegbu, stated that the addition of the large seater plane to the fleet was part of measures to serve the airlines customers better and improve their travel experience.

With the new airline, UNA has increased its flight frequencies inward and outward Lagos, Abuja, Asaba, Owerri and Enugu Airports during the yuletide.
Mr Uchegbu stated that the increased frequencies would be served with the A320 and ERJ145 respectively.
“With the new plane, our customers can now enjoy premium business class services as well as improved cabin services on the economy class. Our Airbus A320 will operate daily scheduled services to the above listed airports. This is as we conclude plans to begin scheduled daily flights to Anambra and Osubi Airports,” Mr Uchegbu said.
He called on the airline’s customers who wish to experience the improvement in the company’s fleet to access the electronic booking portals “for reservations on our Airbus A320 and other services.”
