Vote APC in today’s Edo LG election- Akhaine
A frontline aspirant in the upcoming Edo State governorship election, Prof. Sylvester Odion Akhaine has urged the people of the state to come out and vote massively for the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Saturday Local Government election.
Prof.Akhaine, in a message which he signed and sent across to the media urged the voters to vote APC candidates across the state in order to achieve synergy of policies with the central government under the control of APC.
The message reads “Local government election holds today in our dear state.
“We must not forget that Local government is the level of government that is closer to the people.
“It is therefore important that we vote those who understand this reality to run the affairs of our people at the local level.
“I urge you to vote APC candidates across the state in order to achieve synergy of policies with the central government under the control of APC.
“This will help to improve the lot of our people.
“We urge the Edo state electoral commission to ensure free and fair exercise. Victory is certain.”
